Since our last business update we have completed appraisals of office, retail, industrial, residential, and apartment properties as well as vacant land parcels. 

In addition to these properties the firm has also completed studies of mini and cold storage warehouse properties as well as business parks, shopping centers and various vacant land sites.

Most recently we have completed appraisal projects covering extensive portfolios of properties for condemnation purposes.

The firm received the unique honor of being appointed to the Appraisal Panel of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

We have now completed two projects for the San Diego Unified School District.
